CV, organized and hosted by Danielle Hutton, is an annual weekend intensive that provides dancers specializing in fusion belly dance the tools to cultivate their creative practice, choreography skills, personal style, and artist’s statement. Every year, CV hosts a featured dance teacher who offers training in dance technique as well as creative development. Past teachers include April Rose and Victoria Teel. The weekend culminates with a theatrical fusion show with featured performers who embody what it means create connection through dance.
