In the Lounge Thoughtful in the Desecration Rebecca Rouse & Christopher Nourse

About This Show

This is a ritual in which you can exchange all your most secret spots for fire. You brought sunscreen. There is taking turns, sitting in different rooms, considering your options. These are your behaviors. It’s something we do. There becomes music. A song for people trying to get warm. Like a rain dance. Television watched. Many years will pass, and we will leave each other at the end of the night. You’ll walk home, alone, allowed your extra room, your extra skin, your folds. There is no doubt that we are off the map.
