In the Lounge SUBTLE PRIDE: Live in Concert Subtle Pride

About This Show

Known for creating hit songs on the fly, improvisational voice band Subtle Pride brings their high-energy arena show to the Dixon Place stage for the first time. Subtle Pride eludes genre as they redefine pop music, breaking it down into its atoms &  repurposing them into a performance that polarizes parody & earnest songwriting, pitting the two against each other & leaving the rest of us to decide: is this art novel? Or is it simply novelty? Performing hyper-original songs, written & performed simultaneously, Subtle Pride promises to titillate, confuse & amuse audiences of all ages from 18 to 80.

Katherine Lombardi) & most recently Blindfolded in a Bathtub with a Blood Orange (music video, dir. Marcelo Gutierrez). Their first album is set to be released at the end of February.
