In the lounge Memory Boys Noah Crandell

About This Show

Memory Boys” is a series of provocative, intimate letters addressing love, sex, abuse and self acceptance. The letters, written over the course of almost two years, explores the inherent shame and trauma that gay youth experience, and the excitement and heartbreak of first loves, sexual exploration, and friendship growing up as a young queer boy. Each letter specifically speaks to one person; be it a past lover, a stranger, a teacher, each of whom have enriched the author’s own personal journey and courage. Honest, funny, and heartbreaking, “Memory Boys” is an ode to the past and the stories and lessons we can learn from them.
