In the lounge Karl Marx: The Musical Danielle Lightfoot

About This Show

Young Karl Marx is a ne’er do well, drunken college student. Wanting to turn his life around, he falls in with some young revolutionaries at school. The revolution proceeds— until Karl starts gaslighting his friends! To make it up to them, Karl’s gonna have to stop using the pretense of his holier-than-thou political views to justify his emotional abuse. Ultimately, with his friends’ lives— and the future of Germany— at stake, Karl’s actual commitment to the revolution will be put to the test.
