6th Potpourri! World Women Works Series is a Rhythmcolor associates presentation and collaboration in association with Voza Rivers/New Heritage Theatre Group, African Rhythms, International Women Artists’ Salon, Fabian Burrell, Rainbow & Thunderbolts MultiMedia, La Maison d’Art and Jackie Jeffries.

 

This performance will include a talkback session with writer, dramaturg and audience.

About the Artist

Soyini Crenshaw is an actress/singer born and raised in Brooklyn, NY.  She received her MFA from Actors Studio Drama School at Pace University in 2009. Soyini has performed in Colored People’s Time with the Negro Ensemble Company, The Colored Museum as The Party Girl with Bill Johnson/Uptown Productions. I am blessed to be working with Kim Weston-Moran again for the 6th Potpourri of World Women’s Works.  I first presented my one woman play in POTPOURRI! 2008 at Sista’s Place in Brooklyn.
