In the Lounge COMMITTED The Musical Unplugged Jerome Brooks

About This Show

Jazz Johnson is an aspiring Broadway Pianist in New York who is committed to playing music of all genres for his friends until he finds himself committed to the psych ward. His girlfriend knows that he is sexually fluid, but is not accepting. Everybody on the outside thinks that Jazz has it all because he comes from a good Christian family but after he is fired from the church he begins a bi-polar quest to empower himself by indulging in dominating sexual practices which forces him to deal with his sexuality as an alpha male who is treated like a stereotypical faggot. After being religiously scrutinized he ultimately tries to commit suicide which gets him COMMITTED to the Psychiatric Ward.
