About the Choreographers
Alyssia Farias- Choreographer
Alyssia Farias [Bedford, New Hampshire] began her dance training in New England and will be graduating from Montclair State University in the spring. They enjoy collaborating, choreographing and performing with musicians through the John J. Cali School of Music and recently served as assistant choreographer to Donna Scro Samori in the opera La Calisto.

Bridget Ryan, Choreographer
Bridget is currently a student at Drew University studying Psychology, Dance and Applied Performance. Bridget has attended and received scholarships for Joffrey Ballet School Summer Intensives as well as The Joffrey Experience. She has choreographed and performed in White Wave Solo/Duo Festival 2024, New York State Dance Education Association Winter Conferences 2023 & 2024, River Dance Festival 2024, Morris Arts “MOVE: DANCE IN ART I & II”, The Mignolo International Screendance Festival 2023 & “Sharing the Struggle” The Support Network of Madison. She was the assistant stage manager for Dance On The Lawn 2023 and attended Bates Dance Festival 2024.

Faustine Lavie Dance Project
Faustine Lavie, Artistic Director and Choreographer
Faustine Lavie, a native of Toulon, France, discovered dance at 3-years-old. She trained at the Paris Opera Ballet School before moving to New York, NY in 2015. In 2018, she graduated from The Ailey School’s Certificate Program, where she performed works by Darrell Grand Moultrie, Manuel Vignoulle, Winston Dynamite Brown, Amy Hall Garner, Frederick Earl Mosley, Clifton Brown, and Shay Bland. Professionally, Lavie danced with iKADA Contemporary Dance Company, LaneCoArts and Keiko Fujii Dance Company. She is a company member with The DynamitExperience, sarAika Movement Collective and Six Degrees Dance. She founded Faustine Lavie Dance Project (FLDP) in 2020. FLDP continues to present work across New York and Philadelphia, including the KnJ Theater at Peridance Center, TADA! Theater, Steps on Broadway, New York City Center Studios and Bridge For Dance. Faustine was awarded the 2023/2024 Artist-In-Residence at University Settlement. She is a guest choreographer for One Day Dance for their 2024 season.

Hanna Q Dance Company
Johanna Ljungqvist-Brinson, Artistic Director and Choreographer
Founded in 2013, Hanna Q Dance Company has been performing original works. The Swedish born and raised Artistic Director and Choreographer, Johanna LjungQvistBrinson, draws inspiration from the forces of nature and uses its elements to create dynamic narratives through movement. The choreography is comprised of technically rigorous movement, derived from Johanna’s background in Dunham technique, as well as partnering at once intricately acrobatic and viscerally human. The dancers express bursts of passion and athleticism, sweeping the audience into a different world full of emotions. The company has performed in venues mostly in NYC, including Dixon Place, Jazz at Lincoln Center,
Brooklyn Dance Festival, TADA!Theater, The Actors Fund Arts.
Catherine Messina and Meg Gourley, Choreographers
Catherine Messina and Meg Gourley met through the Atlanta dance community in 2018. As dancers, they both performed together throughout the city of Atlanta, with Kit Modus and a variety of independent choreographers. They began creating duets together in 2020 through Dance Hub ATL from Hambidge Cross-Pollination Art Lab and have performed these works in Atlanta, Philadelphia, New York, and Portugal under Messina’s company rogue wave. They have received grant support from the Puffin Foundation.

Sloka Iyengar, Performer and Choreographer
Sloka Iyengar, PhD, PMP is a neuroscientist and dancer passionate about using her science and dance training for public good. Originally from India, Sloka now resides in NYC. Sloka is a professional dancer and performer of the classical Indian dance form known as Bharatanatyam. She teaches dance and has started a program to bring dance to residents of New York City nursing homes. Passionate about combining the arts and sciences, Sloka has developed Neuronatyam–a production to explore dance through the lens of neuroscience. Taylor Gordon, Choreographer
Taylor Gordon is an international dancer, creator, and educator. Resident Director for Dublin Worldwide Productions and formerly a Show Supervisor for RWS Global/Step One Dance Company, Taylor performed at Lincoln Center with The Metropolitan Opera Ballet, Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Off-Broadway/Angelina Ballerina, Kennedy Center, & Carnegie Hall. A member of SDC, she choreographs for Princeton University’s Triangle Club, the film “Juliette’s Miracle,” STEPS Beyond Foundation, Jazz Choreography Enterprises, Uptown Rising, Dixon Place. She was featured in NYTimes, CNN, NBC, FOX5, ABC, CBS, Dance Magazine. She teaches at NY Film Academy, BDC, the United Nations Ballet Club, and has guest taught in Japan, China, India, Bali, across the US. www.taylorjgordon.com

Tomislav Nevistic, Choreographer
Tomislav Nevistic is originally from Croatia, for the last 10 years he lives in NYC where he dances and choreographs. Madeline Khulke is NYC native where she has been performing and teaching fitness classes.
