Icarus in the L.E.S. Nic Adams
About This Show
A soaring new performance-poem which rediscovers the wax-winged hero in love in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Full of heartache, sun-staring, a sense of displacement, and set against the backdrop of bodegas and dive-bars, Icarus in the L.E.S. will tell the story of a man in love, with mythic ambitions and urban obstacles.
