MEET THE AUTHORS
Laura Henriksen’s first book, Laura’s Desires, is forthcoming from Nightboat Books, and an excerpt is available now as a chaplet from Belladonna*. Her writing can be found in LitHub, The Brooklyn Rail, Newest York, and other places. She lives in Sunset Park, Lenapehoking, teaches writing at Pratt Institute, and works as the Program Director of The Poetry Project.
Cathy de la Cruz (born 1980; San Antonio, TX) is a creator of writing, films, videos, DJ sets, the occasional live comedy set, and more.
Cathy holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Arizona, Tucson and an MFA in Visual Art from the University of California, San Diego. She currently lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. www.cathydelacruz.com
Nicole Wallace is the author of the chapbook, WAASAMOWIN (IMP, 2019), and Managing Director at The Poetry Project. Nicole is of mixed settler/European ancestry and is a patrilineal descendent of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa (Ojibwe). They currently live and make work on unceded, occupied Canarsee and Lenape land (Brooklyn, NY).
Eva H.D. wrote Rotten Perfect Mouth; Light Wounds, a collection of haiku-photo hybrids (with the photographer Kendall Townend); & The Natural Hustle; also the shortfilm “Jackals & Fireflies,” directed by Charlie Kaufman.
