About This Show

Curated by Tom Cole & Christen Clifford

Fiction, nonfiction, poetry & performance texts by the most adventurous, cross-genre established & emerging writers.

Meet Our Authors:
Michelle Tea is the author of many books, most recently Free Love: Adventures in Marriage and Polyamory, which Miranda July has called ‘the polyamory book I’ve always wanted.’ She’s the recipient of honors from the  California Library Association, Guggenheim Foundation, the Lambda Literary Foundation, the Rona Jaffe Foundation, and a once-impressive foundation currently being boycott due to their shitty stance on the genocide in Gaza. Her literary interventions include the legendary feminist roadshow Sister Spit, and brainstorming the international phenomenon Drag Queen Story Hour, which was implemented by Julián Delgado Lopera. After helming imprints at both City Lights Publishers and The Feminist Press Tea now acts as Founding Editor of DOPAMINE Books, an innovative publishing partnership with Semiotext(e).
Julián Delgado Lopera is the author of The New York Times acclaimed novel Fiebre Tropical (Feminist Press 2020), the Winner of the 2021 Ferro Grumley Award, and a 2021 Lambda Literary award. Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Julián currently resides in Brooklyn where he is an Assistant Professor of Creative Writing and Contemporary Latine Literature at CUNY.  His second novel, Pretend You’re Dead and I Carry You is [out] as of May 2026 from Liveright, an imprint of Norton, and is a finalist for the National Book Award.
