Meet The Artists
Sierra Doss has been a voiceover artist for several years, working in news, animation, podcasts, and radio. As a freelance artist, she works remotely from the Chicago area in video and audio production as well as animation and graphic design. Diversity and empowerment have been hallmarks in all of her work.
Kenisha L. Morgan is a proud graduate of Northwestern University’s theatre program & Atlantic Acting School’s Acting Evening Conservatory program. Outside of acting, Kenisha enjoys writing and hiking. During quarantine, she co-wrote an action and an adventure pilot about women of color superheroes. They are applying for grants, fellowships, and mentorship programs in hope to produce it in 2022. Finally, by day, to pay bills, Kenisha is a developer for now. 🙂
Tina D. Stump is a vocalist/actor from Cleveland, Ohio. She has been blessed with an eclectic career that includes everything from a dramatic lead in the premiere of a new play to appearing as a guest vocalist with the Cleveland Pops Orchestra. A self-professed musical theater geek, Tina loves a good torch song. Thanks to Arif Silverman for this opportunity to shine among the stars at Dixon Place.
Cy X is a black queer non-binary storyteller and cyber witch merging sound, video art, installation, and performance. Their practice is grounded in the art of synthesis: truth generation and sound generation which is used to create portals. Fusing art and technology with the practice of witchcraft, they are inspired to use spells, rituals, and alchemic practices to fundamentally alter the world around us. Cy earned a BA in Film and Media Studies from Colorado College and is a MPS Candidate at New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program.
Emmanuel Elpenord is a Brooklyn based and native Haitian-American actor, puppeteer, improvisor, and voice artist. credits include Puppeteer in TheaterworksUSA’s National tour of THE POUT-POUT FISH; Puppeteer in First National and International tours of THE VERY HUNGRY CATERPILLAR SHOW; OTHELLO with Drilling Company’s Shakespeare in Bryant Park. Christal Bell is a LA Based actress who received her BA from Oberlin College. She also studied in London’s renowned BADA program for theatre. Through the arts, she dedicates her work to showcasing her ancestors’ wildest dreams, hopes, and fears. Embodying each character allows her the ability to show the endless possibilities that Black people, especially women, have, both on and off the stage/screen. She constantly lives her most free life as an unapologetically Black woman and motivates others along the way.
Ernest Emmanuel Peeples is an actor, writer, model, and voiceover artist from Chicago, IL and based in Atlanta, GA. With over a decade of performance experience, Peeples has been blessed to train and perform in multiple cities domestically and internationally. A few notable projects include the titular role in Hamlet in its historic Helsingør, Denmark; Leontes in A Winter’s Tale (The Phoenix Theatre in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania); and Lu in the rolling world premiere of Ghost in Atlanta and St. Louis (Alliance Theatre & Metro Theater Company). Peeples has also studied with the British American Drama Academy at Magdalen College of Oxford University. Peeples remains committed to changing the perception of albinism in the media through his artistry and indebted to his friends, family, and God for their endless love and support.
