Calling everyone Creative of all background, all discipline – artists, dancers, choreographers, designers, musicians, actors, writers, comedians, photographers, and everyone in-between and beyond….to come and network, explore ideas, connect, share your events/projects, learn about other projects and learn how to be involved, and have fun!
This is a great opportunity for creative people to come together to find ways to collaborate, cross-pollinate. And may be you will go back home with renewed enthusiasm about a project or come up with new ideas for a new work/production or may be you will find that collaborator to work with that you did not know how to meet. You just never know!
ABOUT THE MAX4 ARTISTS:
Jasmine “JRose” Rosario, is a dynamic Spoken Word Artist from Queens, NY, who began performing poetry at 16 and hasn’t stopped since. She is the visionary behind The Rose Garden Events and Executive Producer of The JRose Experience Talk Show. In 2023, JRose became the BRIC Brooklyn Grand Slam Finals champion and now hosts the Nuyorican Poets Cafe Monday Night Slam.
JRose has performed across the U.S. on stages like WAN Poetry and Busboys and Poets, while also collaborating with brands like Samsung, Boost Mobile, and NYPL. As a freelance Teaching Artist and Mentor, she works with youth and incarcerated women at Rikers Island. In 2024, she released her debut album and poetry collection, “Pieces of My Crumbled Thoughts”, continuing her mission to empower others and #KeepGrowing.
TheFreedomFairy (Michelle Williams), a Los Angeles native now based in NYC, is an Indigenous American dancer making ballet accessible by performing in public parks and streets. Her unique style blends ballet technique with emotional expression, connecting deeply with communities. A backup dancer for freak-pop artist Ångel004, Michelle trains at Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, and Peridance. She holds certifications in RAD, Progressing Ballet Technique, and a BA from UC Riverside. Rejecting restrictive dance conventions, Michelle performs her intuitive, story-driven dance 3-5 times a week on NYC and LA streets, bringing art directly to the people.
Keys Will is a Spoken Wordsmith, Lyricist, Teaching Artist and published author from Queens, NY. She has been writing poetry for over 20 years and performed on many stages including “The Bowery”, “Nuyorican Poets Cafe”, “Lehman College”, “Poetry Me Please” and “JCAL” to name a few. Sarah Yasmine Marazzi-Sassoon, a New York-based choreographer, explores human behavior through the lens of animal ancestors, blending evolutionary biology, storytelling, and dance. A Barnard College graduate with a self-designed area of study, her work challenges anthropocentrism by centering animal behavior in meaning-making. Raised in Paris, she trained in ballet at the Académie Américaine de Danse and the San Francisco Academy of Ballet. An apprentice with The Tango Company, her choreography has been staged at venues like Alvin Ailey Citigroup Theatre and Palace of Fine Arts. Currently, she develops “Fables for the Future,” eco-inspired dance narratives, including a 2024 NYC firefly tribute.

Sangeeta is an immigrant from India. She is an independent producer of arts and entertainment events, rooted in her deep passion for dance. Her expertise lies in crafting innovative shows that blur the boundaries between dance and other art forms. As the Director of Creative Performances, a nonprofit organization, she spearheads diverse projects such as the StylePointe, NYC Drawing the Dance Workshop and the Dixon Connect Networking event featuring the Max4 performance segment. Additionally, she conducts Dance Photography workshops aimed at photographers seeking to capture the essence of dance movements.
At Dixon Place in NYC, Sangeeta serves as a dance curator, curating renowned series including ‘Fast Forward,’ ‘8 in Show,’ ‘HOT Dance,’ an annual dance festival called “Dance Bloc NYC”, and the annual 30-30-30 End of Year Dance Benefit held on December 30th. She also holds a position on the board of White Wave Dance and serves on the selection panel for esteemed festivals such as Solo Duo & Dumbo Dance Festivals. She is currently serving as a member of The Bessies Awards selection committee.
Sangeeta’s overarching mission is to provide a platform for early to mid-career artists in NYC, empowering them to thrive and progress in their creative journeys.
