In a series of loosely connected scenes that take us from a small town library in New England to a prison cell in Tehran, simple conversations buckle under the strain of cultural misunderstanding, suspicion and desire.

About the Artists

Eric Fallen – Playwright
A graduate of Brooklyn College’s graduate playwriting program, Eric Fallen’s plays have been produced in New York, Baltimore, Montreal and Toronto, and in 2011 Samuel French published eight of his short one-acts in the collection ‘Small Talk.’ Eric also wrote ‘The Bravest, The Boldest,’ a short film that premiered at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival. He is also the founder/director of Peninsula Art Space in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

Clark Morgan – Director
Clark Morgan is a writer, a director, and an embarrassment to his family. His produced plays include The Sandwich, God’s Amigo, Six Bells and Der Alice-Effekt.  His work has appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Finborough Theatre, London, and the Exit Theater, San Francisco. He trained under Scottish playwright Ian Heggie at the University of St. Andrews and workshops regularly at the Naked Angels’ reading series, Tuesdays at 9.
