MOLESTED AT THE MOVIES 2 is a continuation of MOLESTED AT THE MOVIES (© Simone Gad 2015/Library of Congress Registered). This autobiographical work-in-progress follows Simone’s life as a visual and performance artist, a survivor of Cancer with AFIB and a survivor of sex abuse as a childhood actress through her teenage years. Simone was born in Brussels, Belgium to holocaust survivor parents from Poland and immigrated with her family to the U.S. in the early 1950s via Rotterdam and Ellis Island to the U.S. Upon settling in Boyle Heights/East L.A., Simone’s mother introduced her to show-biz at the tender age of 4.

Featuring new monologues and vignettes, MOLESTED 2 goes into deeper detail and will include images of visual art work from Simone’s 50 year career as a 6-time grant recipient and a Getty Museum Sponsored Pacific Standard Time Artist.
