Choreographer: Kayt MacMaster

Company: Kayt MacMaster + Calamity Works

Presenting: Errant Errand

Kayt MacMaster + Calamity Works makes dances that wrestle with Americana—its legends, its ghosts, its contradictions. Blurring choreography, theater, and ritual, the work digs into buried histories and unsettles the stories we inherit. MacMaster, MFA in Dance and director of the Alma College dance program, builds performances with a shifting constellation of collaborators from across the U.S. and abroad, creating pieces that rewire how we remember, celebrate, and imagine.
