Dancer/Model/Aerialist: Jacob Mckee @_jacob_mckee_

Originally from Milwaukee Wisconsin, Jacob McKee is a multi-disciplined artist with experience in, singing, acting, designing, aerial arts, and was a Contrabass player for close to a decade. Upon moving to New York, Jacob immersed himself in the circus world and for the past 7 years has trained with many of the world’s best circus coaches: most notably, Marie-Michelle Faber, Maximiliano Torandell, Lisbeth Mikoleit, Anna Venizelos, Olaf Treibel and many others. He has been seen performing for multiple NYC based event companies and has been seen in Venues such as Legacy Castle, The Box, Slipper Room, and Paradise Club; and is a main cast member in the Immersive Dinner show MoonRise by Rigolo

This is a special workshop with an aerial artist. This will be different and a new experience. Jacob will be using a Lyra for the dance moves and will hold poses using the Lyra or otherwise.

Duration: Approx. 2hrs workshop with a 10 minutes break for costume change. Each half is around 30 to 40 min long. Poses start at 30 sec to 1 min for warm up and then we move on to 3min, 5min, 8min in the first half and 5 min,10 min and 15 minutes poses in the second half. Dancer dancers slowly before holding each pose.

What to expect: The dancer will dance very slowly and will hold poses in between dance moves. (In this workshop the movements will be on the Lyra and some poses on the the Lyra and off on experimenting poses with Lyra).

Please check in 15 minutes before the workshop begins.
