Justin ‘‘Wacky’’ Weber stars in an all-ages circus theater show that he wrote and designed about a boy who faces crisis then risks everything to discover his true purpose in the ‘‘City of Dreams.’’ When masked characters of misunderstanding, deception, and fear tempt him to abandon his journey, he has to find the truth about himself to defeat the lies and reach his purpose.
