About the Artists

Kailey Mccrudden received a BFA in dance from temple university in may 2015, summa cum laude, performing in works by andrea miller and larry keigwin. now a NYC based choreographer and dancer, kailey’s work has been performed at various venues in NYC, philadelphia, new jersey, and atlanta. kailey is currently a community actionist dancer  at gibney dance center, in addition to dancing for tyke dance, Erick Montes/danceable projects, mizantymoves, designated movement, nikki and the noise, among others. she also teaches contemporary forms classes at gibney dance center. her work has been commissioned by nacre dance company, ballet forte, and triskelion arts.

Kelley Donovan and Dancers, formed in 1997, creates contemporary dance-based performances exploring transformation. Her company Kelley Donovan & Dancers has performed in local venues around the Boston area and has been produced by World Music/Crasharts, MIT, ArtsFirst, Mobius, Harvard, The Artist Foundation, Choreographers Group, Salem State College and The Federal Reserve Bank. The company was cited as one of the Top Ten performances by The New York Times, The Boston Globe & The Boston Pheonix and the Boston Herald. Kristen Brooks Sandler’s work is at the intersection of theater & concert dance, employing narrative in tandem with an avant-garde aesthetic. She believes strongly in art as the medium through which any topic can be uniquely explored and discussed. 

Open Dance Ensemble (Philip Foster) creates and presents live self-conducted improvised dance performances.
