Ilana Becker has developed new work at Dixon Place, Pittsburgh Fringe (Best Ensemble), Lark, Flea, 54 Below, O’Neill Theater Center, Disney/ASCAP Workshop, Samuel French Festival, FringeNYC, Hunter College, Columbia and NYU’s MFA programs, among others. She is developing Argument Sessions, an ongoing series of immersive events from SCOTUS transcripts. Projects as producer and director include a site-specific Waiting for Lefty; Beer Plays, an evening of craft beers paired with short plays; and Around the Block, a collection of investigative pieces about and performed in NYC neighborhoods.
