Monique Roussel is a Producer, Writer, and sometime radio talk-show panelist on SiriusXM and WBAI 99.5 FM. She holds an MA in Creative Writing , Poetics and English literature from New York University. She is trained in sketch writing and improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. Her background is primarily as a Producer in television and digital video at networks including MTV and PBS. She is the Executive Producer, Writer and Director of the theater debut of her original multimedia comedy sketch and video parody show entitled The Hell 9000 Dance Party! Featuring MC DJ Lucky! The material in the H9000 is all new. Her first sketch show The Genius Bar Dance Party! debuted Off Broadway at The Peoples Improv Theater in Sept 2017.
