As a playwright Manning has self produced four plays, two of which were in the Fringe FRIGID festivals, two consecutive years (2017, 2018). Patty –about queer “Carol” author, Patricia Highsmith, was featured at Dixon Place’s 2017 HOT! Festival. Her pilot SUNNY & 70 was accepted as a Festigious Official Selection in summer 2017.
