Sara Jane Stoner is a teacher, writer, and PhD candidate in English at CUNY Graduate Center. Her first book, Experience in the Medium of Destruction (Portable Press @ Yo-Yo Labs, 2015) was nominated for a Lambda Award in Poetry. A chapbook, GRIEF HOUR, was published in the Spring/Summer 2017 issue of Black Warrior Review.

Bruce Benderson’s seventh book, a memoir called The Romanian: Story of an Obsession (Penguin, 2006), won France’s prestigious literary award, the Prix de Flore in translation. In the 90s, two of his novels about urban life, Pretending to Say No and User, were published by Penguin USA to critical acclaim. His novel Pacific Agony (Semitotext(e)) was released in 2009. Benderson has written for the New York Times Magazine, Paris Vogue, and The Village Voice, among others. He is a literary translator from the French of works by Alain Robbe-Grillet, Philippe Sollers, Virginie Despentes, and many others. He has taught writing and French literature at several universities.
