Greencard Wedding Jody Christopherson & Ryan McCurdy (w/ special musical guests Jeff Jacobs & Sam Hammerman)

About This Show

Musicians Joy Fine & Connel Byrne meet by chance in a Brooklyn subway & decide to form a band: Greencard Wedding. When Connel’s visa runs out & he must move back to Ireland, the duo discovers they can’t make music via Skype. But perhaps they can get an artist visa, or find a way to create their own. A bittersweet love story about the politics of visa regulations, how we define ourselves as artists, who is allowed to claim they have the right to be heard & who can afford to be heard.

Irish Wedding cake will be served, along with audience interaction. Featuring special musical guests Jeff Jacobs & Sam Hammerman.
