Legendary bohemian icon Lord Richard Buckley (1906-1960) was the coolest cat and a truly original American performer. As a jazz humorist, cosmic storyteller, earthy philosopher and gospel rapper, he combined African-American argot and the King’s English in celebrating the Bible, Shakespeare, and history. In Dig Infinity!, Buckley spins his life story while musing the importance of truth and ventures to the Dark Lands as he bargains for his very soul.

Oliver Trager — Writer, artist, performer, educator and Dig Infinity! Playwright Oliver has staged numerous Lord Buckley events over the past twenty-five years on both coasts. He earned an Outstanding Actor Award for his performance as Lord Buckley in the 2014 production of Dig Infinity! at the Planet Connections Theatre Festivity. He is also the author of three books: Dig Infinity! The Life & Art of Lord Buckley, The American Book of the Dead: The Definitive Grateful Dead Encyclopedia and Keys to the Rain: The Definitive Bob Dylan Encyclopedia.
