Daughters of Troy Aubrey Saverino

About This Show

Daughters of Troy is a collaboration of theatre and visual artists led by Aubrey Saverino in Partnership with RE:ARTISTE. The project uses classical text, visual art, music, dance and current events to deconstruct female archetypes through the lens of the Trojan War. Varying in style and tone, each piece, borne of a different collaborator, focuses on a single character from the war. The evening consists of short pieces featuring Andromache, Clytemnestra, Cassandra, Dido, Iphigenia, Penthesilea, and Helen of Troy.
