In the Lounge BUGGED: Carly Blane at Large Carly Blane and Mark Blane

About This Show

Through wild storytelling, projections, and singing, a woman being chased by the government cracks the unsettling and diabolical mania of feeling listened to, tracked, and watched by our smart phones. This frazzled storyteller acknowledges the satisfaction of ads targeting our deepest desires. You are cordially invited to this bizarre collective experience called theatre, which is now tainted by glowing screens and various dings. BUGGED: Carly Blane at Large features songs by Florence + the Machine, Lake Street Dive, and Regina Spektor. This stranger-than-fiction tale will leave you questioning reality…or if you should smash your phone with a hammer.
