in the lounge After Hours: A Sound Off From Your Local Doormen Written and Directed by K.M. Phillip

About This Show

When Ms. Phillip first moved to NYC over thirteen years ago, she got acquainted with many-a doormen through her survival jobs. Through the years, working for oh-so-many clients, getting acquainted with oh-so-many apartment buildings, she got to know and adore oh-so-many-a doormen, and found their personas and stories, not just entertaining, but rather compelling. This play is a compilation of all the interviews she conducted over the years.
