About This Show
This time around: a first date, bedbugs, talkin’ to god, puberty problems, outspoken ghosts at show-and-tell, deceased and notorious artist models speaking their mind, and more. Poetry, plays, solo pieces. Featuring writing from Liz Francis, Kaela Mei-Shing Garvin, Eliana Mullins, Susannah Perkins, and Karina Richardson.
About the Artist
Cassidy Dawn Graves is a theatre artist, writer, and current NYU Tisch student. In addition to creating the Am I Write, Ladies? series, she has designed costumes for NYU shows, helped create an original theatre piece with German high schoolers in Berlin, had her play about a BDSM dungeon bathroom featured in a festival, sang with Dave Malloy at Joe’s Pub, and danced in Witness Relocation’s Eterniday (La MaMa). She is currently working on a devised piece about the gentrification of Times Square in the 1990s and looking for every opportunity to say a pun. www.cassidydawngraves.com
