Txt Play is a performance of text messages between Rebecca Baldwin and people close to the artist. Performers recreate conversations aloud replacing all digital communications with analog interactions.
About the Artists
Rebecca Baldwin is a painter turned interdisciplinary and performance artist. She graduated Hunter College MFA in 2019 and the Rhode Island School of Design in 2004. She attended Skowhegan in 2004 and after a period of not making art Baldwin learned there are many ways to be an artist.
