Matt’s moving to LA in his 2002 Subaru! And Alex is coming with him! Hit the road with these zany besties, as they travel across the states, confronting their queerness in a post-Drumpf American South. There will be screaming, laughing, crying, lots and lots of back-sweat… and more than a few nip slips guaranteed!
About the Artists
Matt Ross is an improviser, writer, performer, and generally silly dude living in Brooklyn. He has studied Music Theatre at NYU, Meisner Technique at the William Esper Studio, and Improv at The Groundlings and UCB. He most recently showed ‘the artist is distracted’ at Dixon Place last August and is thrilled to be back!
Alex Guhde is a New York City based actor, director, and producer. From Chicago, they ran to the Big Bad Apple to earn their Bachelor of Music in 2017 at NYU Steinhardt’s Vocal Performance Program, concentrating in Musical Theater. They recently became a member of the Ring of Keys Collective: a national network of queer women, trans, and non-binary creatives.
